I found a design I really like but it's not in my size, what do I do?

 

Tie-dying is an extremely abstract art that is often near impossible to replicate. However, if you feel that special connection to a certain design you may contact us and request a lookalike to be made. We cannot guarantee a perfect turnout, but we always do our best to work towards it.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You should have received an order confirmation once your order was placed, and a second "shipping confirmation" email once your order has been picked up by the post office. It isn't often we wind up in your spam email, but if you haven't received an email yet it wouldn't hurt to check.

Can I wash my tie-dye shirt?

 

While you can wash them, to preserve the vibrancy of the colors, it is best to minimize washes. If it is in dire need of cleaning, A. wash inside out B. wash cold and gentle C. tumble dry.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We have incorporated virtually every payment method available. Standard credit/debit card, Paypal, and currently in beta testing, cryptocurrency!

Can you give me more information about the shirts?

 

 

For our blanks, we have sourced USA-based suppliers for both our blank t-shirts and eco-friendly apparel. We made this decision based on the superior quality and faster shipping they offered that allows us to better serve you.

Can I track my order ?

 

Absolutely, every order is shipped through USPS First Class with a tracking number updated on every order. You will receive an email with the tracking number as well as a link to the tracking tool provided by USPS.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Due to the varying in weights for every order, shipping costs are calculated at checkout after weight has been pried in. Shipping times are 3-5 standard business days. Do take into consideration COVID-19 and it's impacts on the mailing system.
